We grew butterflies!!

Well, technically, only one lived. But it was fun! Chrissy sent the girls a butterfly kit for their birthday's. We got a little "cage" and a cup with 5 caterpillars. They crawled around for about 5 days and then hung themselves upside down and changed into crystalids. THAT was weird to see them do that!! When they started to emerge, it was overnight, and I guess the cat heard them moving around in there. So, needless to say, only one pretty lady made it. She was dainty, and we enjoyed her. I let her go on Thursday in the front yard. She fluttered around for a little while and then left. It was pretty cool. Thank you Chrissy! We enjoyed it!!

and finally!

Falyn heading off to school! It's so cool that the bus stop is our driveway, so we don't have to go far to wait for it.

A father's love...

He shows it in SO many ways, too many to count, but this one takes the cake. These are each one of their newborn footprints. He was determined to get this done, and I think it turned out a lot nicer than I imagined it.

He's doing what a 9 month old does!!

AT SEVEN MONTHS OLD!!!!!!!!!! We had Chandler's "6 month" appointment today (late b/c of stupid Tri-care), and MAN is he growing! He's 22lbs 13.75oz 28"!!!! CHUNKY MAN!! They give you a list of developmental milestones to look for at ages 6-7 and 7-8 months. He's already done EVERYTHING!! Like, "start sitting without support, roll from back to tummy, attempt to crawl"...uh!! He did all that LAST month!! LOL Why is it that my baby, the one that I want to grow up the slowest, and stay little the longest, since he is in fact our last child...gorws up SUPER SONIC!!?? I am SO very proud of him, but HATE how fast he is growing up! At this rate he'll walk at 9 months. He also got 3 shots today...mommy HATES those, but he took them like a trooper.

He's cutting tooth #2, and that sux, but he's doing better with this one that with the first one. Thankfully. He's down for the night, so I am going to bed. I'll update with some picstures of his cute little Scooby Doo band-aids tomorrow. A good friend of mine (and photographer buddy) came to Gulf Shores last week, and took this ADORABLE photo of him!! Chandler

Also, sorry no pic of Falyn getting on the bus yet this year. The first day all 3 kids were up while trying to get her ready, and we almost missed the bus! LOL Today, Chandler wouldn't let me put him down! TOMORROW!! I swear!! :)

Nite!

Updated with photos!

Someone should tell him he's not supposed to be doing this already!!!

Scary quiet around here!

YAY!!!!!!!!! School started today!!!!!! Falyn got on the bus, and I found a PreK 3 for Faith right down the street from 8-1130. I wasn't sure how she would do, but she walked right in, gave her teacher a big hug, and said "bye mommy!" Chandler is crawling around in the living room playing, and I am finding it hard to do ANYTHING!! LOL So, I may not be very productive today, but I'll get better at using my time wisely....right?? LOL

Faith, waiting for her teacher. (more pics to come)

Happy Birthday Girls!!

Yesterday was Falyn and Faith's party! What a BLAST they had! Lots of our friends came and shared in the day! We enjoyed it! We rented a water slide jump and it was a huge hit! I am surprised I got the kids off of it long enough for cake and ice cream!

I love you girls! Hope you had a wonderful day!

Mommy hard at work.

They're a hit Ang!

Random photos from the past week.

She's home & so are we!!

Falyn had a BLAST at camp, and according to her counselors, didn't get homesick even once...I don't know if that makes me happy or sad. LOL Just remember when you see her to have her tell you all about it. She's got LOTS of stories! She turns 6 tomorrow!! Where does time go??

Here are some random photos of the last few weeks!

I miss my Falyn!

I dropped her off at camp yesterday for 6 days and it's strangely quiet around here. Faith and Chandler are asleep and I don't have a "6" year old talking my ear off about nothing. LOL I really hope she did ok last night, and that she is having fun today. I know she may get a little homesick, but there are 4 other girls in her cabin and 2 counselors, so hopefully they are keeping her company and happy!

Say a prayer for her. Here are some pics!

We're in trouble now! Look at him go! It's only been 2 weeks since he even started pushing up on his hands and knees!! :(

Chandler - 6 Months

Hard to believe it, but Chandler-man is 6 months old! I'm tellin' ya...where does the time go?? He's has brought such a joy to our family in that short amount of time, that it's hard to remember a life without him. If ever the saying was true...he is a momma's boy! It true what they say...I love my girls, but Chandler and I have a special bond. I guess it's similar to what Justin has with the girls that I will never understand. Love that chunky man!! :) Here are his photos.

Such a sweet boy!

The DOG!

How cute is he??? Here is my "other" son! He's such a sweetie pie! Don't you just want to give him a big ol' hug? Look at his pouty lip! AWE!! My "little" Bruiser! He's 10 days older than Chandler-man...but 53 POUNDS!!! ACK!! Paige, I know you can relate with your 4 legged baby! I just love his face! :)

It's been 10 years!?!?!?

Unbelieveable! Where does time go?? Justin and I had our 10 year High School reunion this past weekend. It was weird and fun all at the same time. We got to catch up with many of our old friends that we haven't seen since graduating and/or since we've been traveling with the Navy.

Am I really THAT old?!?!?
