YAY YAY YAY!!! No more diapers!!! YAY YAY YAY!!! Chandler has been SOOOOO stubborn in this fun/challenging adventure of potty training, but it's OVER!! He's finally "got it" and we are diaper FREEEEEEEEEE!!!!!!!!!!! Can you see me dancing?? LOL We are in pull-ups at night, but honestly, that's more for me than him, b/c for the last week (maybe longer) he's woken up dry!!
Ok....so now...WAAAAAAAAAAAAAA!!!!!!!!! My baby isn't a BABY anymore!! That's it...the last of his "baby-hood". And yes, I realize that he's 3 and should have been trained a LONG time ago....but you just don't KNOW how stubborn he was about it!! And it could have possibly been me too...holding on to that last little bit of my "baby".
OH!! And why spend $20, $30 or more on a pricey kid potty?? (that plays music and my kids HATED, by the way) Take yourself to IKEA, get a $3.99 potty, go to Michael's, Hobby Lobby, WalMart, etc and buy STICKERS!! In our case....red potty with Lightening McQueen stickers, and the boy has a MCQUEEN potty!! Oh the "awesome-ness"!!!! LOL
NO MORE DIAPERS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Life is bittersweet, eh?

it is bittersweet, isn't it? sophie just truly hit the "big girl" stage moving out of the crib and into a toddler bed. i bawled! i have had a crib in my house for 8.5 years!!!! so sad. no more boobies, noonies, diapers (except at night), or anything baby-related left in my house:) honestly, where did the time go? i keep telling ryan it's now time to adopt;) if only we had the $$$
